Overview:

Join our dynamic analytics team nested under the CFO in a fast-paced and growing company. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data management initiatives, develop BI solutions, and guide business decisions through advanced analytics and data storytelling. This role requires a proactive approach, with responsibilities that evolve day-to-day, offering continuous learning and significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Reporting: Lead the restructuring of data architecture to enhance functionality and transparency. Develop, modify, and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support business processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical Guidance: Utilize data storytelling to create impactful visualizations and dashboards. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, provide actionable insights, and establish new data measures and KPIs.
  • Project Leadership: Manage high-visibility projects such as revamping external reporting and retooling data stacks. Ensure technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with internal and external clients to understand requirements, driving data-focused solutions that meet business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to the team’s strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proven track record of advancing data-driven decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Azure tools. Comfortable with SQL and a good working knowledge of DAX.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in analyzing and interpreting data patterns, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data issues clearly and concisely.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services, FinTech, or similar operational analytics environments.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and stakeholder coordination.
