About the Role:

We are in search of an innovative Platform Product Manager to lead our web platform suite. This role encompasses customer-facing portals, including the Customer Service Portal, Provider Portal, and internal tools for self-service, customer support, new customer onboarding, and reporting. A key responsibility involves ensuring seamless third-party integrations with our CRM (Dynamics 365) and accounting software (NetSuite), with the goal of improving efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop intuitive and engaging web interfaces for both customer-facing and internal platforms, with a focus on usability and user satisfaction.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities, customer support, new customer onboarding processes, and reporting across all platforms.
  • Manage third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 and NetSuite to optimize platform functionality and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals, managing project timelines and milestones effectively.
  • Champion the user experience, implementing design principles that cater to a broad user base.

Candidate Profile:

  • An energetic and passionate individual dedicated to delivering superior digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in wire framing, and collaborating with UI/UX design teams, coupled with a solid understanding of web development fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated success in product management roles focused on web platforms and digital tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Agile and adaptable, ready to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms, UI/UX design, and third-party integrations.
  • In-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in using project management tools, including significant experience with Atlassian Jira.
  • Experience in integrating and optimizing Dynamics 365 and NetSuite functionalities.
  • Open to candidates from various industries, with no specific requirement for a dental or financial background.
